Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the jewellery store, including customer service and sales.
• Greet customers warmly and provide them with detailed information about the jewellery pieces.
• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of various jewellery items to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and budget.
• Maintain an organized and attractive display of jewellery pieces.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and contributing to store performance.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.

Requirement:

• Age: Above 20 years.
• Freshers with a keen interest in starting a career in the jewellery segment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery types and materials is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
