Responsibilities

Lead Generation B2B SaaS:

  • Identify potential customers from LinkedIn and other social media sites and establish connections.
  • Leverage customer databases procured
  • Connect with customers through email/LinkedIn and other social networking sites
  • Introduce and educate customers on the features and functionalities of our software solutions
  • Arrange and conduct video/teleconferences to present solutions and discuss customer requirements to generate new business opportunities within the small and medium-sized business segment in GCC, USA and EU Countries.
  • Identify decision-makers, build rapport, and qualify potential clients interested in our Warehouse Management and Distribution Solutions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the features and benefits of our Warehouse Management and Distribution Solutions.
  • Keep track of competitor products and report back to leadership to maintain a competitive edge over competitors.
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions to potential clients during outbound calls, presentations, and discussions.

Sales Pitch and Presentation:

  • Provide inputs for building sales pitch decks
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the unique needs and challenges of small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our Warehouse Management and Distribution Solutions.

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, keeping detailed records of client interactions
    and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure a cohesive approach to reaching and exceeding sales targets.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and enhance the effectiveness of potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven success in outbound sales, preferably in B2B SaaS in international sales.
  • Knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of small and medium-sized business dynamics in the GCC, US, and EU countries.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to outbound sales
