We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a BDE, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Job Description
- Attend calls any time with a pleasant and friendly approach
- Reach into an overall customer satisfaction with prompt call backs and quick responses
- Categorise clients based on their status and monitor sales
- Set up and execute periodic follow up plans and keep the customer satisfied with us
- Execute sales strategies for successful sales closing
- Daily progress report for sales and enquiries
- Proper documentation of business leads and sales record
- Maximise business opportunities with marketing skills
- Conduct presentations and business meetings with clients
- Must be having a valid driving licence and ready to travel to meet priority clients
- Strong work ethic and eager to research in sales
- Preference for an experienced candidate in project sales
- Time to time reporting to the management
- Keeping a strategic relationship with clients for product upgradation/repairs/reworks
Requirements:
- 1- 2 years of total experience including project and material sales
- Able to close leads and deals we are providing you frequently
- Good body language and grooming outfits
- Able to negotiate with multiple languages
- Willingness to travel for work
- Good language and maths skills to give precise quotations and cunning tender submittals
Languages should be known:
- English -Fluent
- Hindi -Fluent
